I do not offer refunds as this is my sole income and lost items are not my responsibility. All orders receive tracking numbers which will be emailed to you. I am not responsible for you entering in the incorrect email. You may not replace an item within your order for another item within my store once purchased. I retain the right to refuse to resend items due to lost post or damaged items.
