Because many of my products are handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or produced specifically for each order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue and help resolve it.

- Orders cannot be changed once production has begun.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address.
- Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, I cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you work with the shipping carrier.
